Student services
Our friendly staff at the student services counter located in Building 30 can assist you with a range of enquiries from enrolment through to graduation. The team aim to ensure you have access to the information you need, at the time you need it. The counter is open from 8.30 am - 5.00 pm from Monday to Friday and can help with things such as:
- help with enrolment
- paying your fees
- student ID cards including replacements
- help with your timetable
- appointments with a Student Advisor
- ask to see a teacher
- directions on how to get around campus
- general enquiries.
Student services

Our students have full access to the UOW Careers service to help students to establish appropriate career goals and to identify pathways and strategies to achieve those goals.
A Unique Student Identifier (USI) is a unique number issued to each student by the Government. All students – domestic and international – must have a USI when enrolling.
